I was wondering what was wrong with the registrar's web server. Rather,
when will it be back up? It was gone all day yesterday too. (The
consultants don't seem to realize it's not there. To make myself
absolutely clear (they got confused by my question), I'm referring to
registrar.mit.edu, not ~/registrar/www.)
