Plato dumped toner and was having trouble with really dark print.
The problem turned out to be (this time) the high-voltage power supply.
That is the part that sends the voltage signal to the toner cartridge
to tell it how much toner to use. This one was not working correctly.
The new one is. The queue needs to be enabled.
