M4-035-10 cycling on boot

	Have fixed this machine.  It was the video assembly.  Video was finbe for the startup
procedure, but was overtaxed when graphics-intensive Athena windows were required.

Machine: M4-035-10

Problem: cycling video
solution: video assmbly (030-8234-002 and 030-8235-002)

This system  with a power cycle has the monitor flicker  on a reboot.

Hi Kyle -

The above is an SGI, when rebooted you can see the system going thru
it's boot up phase then the screen just keeps flickering.  Please
take a look at this when you can.
