Hi,
I sent mail about this a week ago to see if you guys could deal with this
or if we should send it back to OLC. Do you have any suggestions
on who may be able to help this person? It doesn't sound like a network
issue because the machine is talking to the network, people just can't
connect to it remotely.

thanks,
alicia

History:
========
3/22/96 @5:04:39 PM - shadow - referred here by olc... ran mkserv to
support rlogins and created password files but connection is refused and
fingering results in a connection refused as well he would prefer to get
answers via e-mail if he can't be reach at either number.

I'm going to mark this urgent even though it's not so that anbody who might
know what's going on can get a look at it and it doesn't float around in
pending forever because no one knows how to answer it... all I can think of
is to find out his IP address and go from there... I asked him what OS he
had and he just said athena...

3/24/96 @11:31:07 AM - smyser - Snce this is an athena problem, we should
probably forward it (or have him forward it) to "hotline" or perhaps "olc".

3/25/96 @11:38:08 AM - iggy - mail to Hotline:
Hi,
Is this the sort of thing that you can help the client with or
should we send them back to olc. I know that OLC would try
to help them, but they currently only have one consultant who is
familiar with this sort of problem.

Please let me know if you are going to deal with it, or if I should
have the client speak to OLC.

thanks,
alicia
