I've noticed that on this workstation (m2-032-4) and on several
other workstations in this cluster (m2-032) that the CD ROM drives
are completely unable to be used. This is due to the "Anchor Pad"
security device, which is installed in such a manner as to prevent
the CD ROM drawer from opening. Attempting to open the drawer using
the eject button, as I (and doubtless other users) have tried to do,
may even damage the drawer mechanism.
Please have the "Anchor Pads" readjusted to allow access to these drives.
