Problem reported: video board errors after running diags.
Serial number and location of CPU: 0800690891CA,w20-575.
Action taken: well after replacing both X and Z video board as well as the 
motherbord the problem still persisted so I had SGI send us every module except 
for the hard drive. Installed all new modules.
Part number:400-0060-001.
Notes: Hard drive directory appeared to be corrupted due to all this module 
swapping so I reformatted hd, software needs to be reloaded.

Problem reported: Audio port not working.
Serial number and location of CPU: 08006908966E,w20-575.
Action taken: Replaced mother board.

 I found to a student up in the cluster today who was frustrated with his SGI 
mouse ( he was beating it on the desk) and went over to investigate. The mouse 
had no horizontal movement so I ran down to the shop and replaced it before he 
completely destroyed the ADB bus as well as the mouse.

Serial number and location of CPU: 080069089735.
Problem reported: irate student hitting mouse on desk top.
Action Taken: Beat the student? NO, not allowed, I just replaced the mouse.
