Hi Joe-
I checked out the system and found that it's mouse is working
fine but the software is so messed up it needs a software reinstall.
I checked the S/N in the DB AB93701JGV and it's not found, I would
have done the install if they gave permission put there is no nip
server on that net anymore and the cpu would have to come back here
for the install.
What should we do? or not do?

Hi Joe-
We have a call in hotline in regards to a system called (mei)
located in bldg. 48-433 vax3100.
When I looked it up in the DB it came up as a RS6K in bldg.
9-532.
Can you clarify?
