Terminal not working

There's a terminal in the back of W20, next to W20-575-107, that says "test
5000," that is not working and it requested I inform you.
It's a Vaxstation.
It's also collecting people's passwords. Please check into it quickly, in case
this is deliberate. (I'm changing my password now!)
