LN03 rfth in 38-246 has poor print quality

We got a report from Laura Doughty x3-5950. She reports that the LN03
named rfth has poor print quality: the letters are light on bottom and
the resolution is poor. Could someone check into this? The entrance to
the room is through room 38-244. If you can't reach Laura an alternate
contact is Abhay at 3-2595.
