Sigh. The middle separation prawl has dug a trench in the fusion roller,
so that output has a line down the middle where you can rub the toner off.
I saw nothing wrong with the position of the separation prawl before or
after I cleaned it (as part of adding more toner), although it had a lot
of toner caked on it. The other separation prawls had almost no toner on
them.
This printer sees a lot of use, so minimal downtime is ideal. No one has
actually complained of the quality yet. (Although it looks like it will
soon need a maint. kit.)
