Hi all,
At approx. 19:00 I had heard the A/C alarm ringing in 11-135. I had
contacted Plant. Plant had left voice mail/messages per procedure. Where I was
at the location at the time of failure, I have assumed the responsibility
for taking the needed appropriate action. I have summoned the 2nde shift
supervisor (Richard Sirois) for a consultation at the 11-135 location. Where
this Primary A/C unit was having problems on Tuesday, I wanted this resolved
A.S.A.P. The primary unit has tripped approx. 6-8 times within an 80 minute
span. Richard Sirois believes that the problem lies within the humidity unit
inside the primary A/C unit, and has tried to call in a refrigerant person
to work on this problem. I have paged Kim, and brought her up to speed on the
problems at hand. I was not willing to take the chance with just having the
secondary unit running, (even with periodic checks/space alarms etc..). So,
hopefuly Plant will locate a refrigerant person to come in. I will update as
soon as I have new info.
