This arguement that user's are expecting /usr/sipb is a little weak.
First off I'ld like somebody to produce all this user documentations
that references /usr/sipb. Also, in my time as a User consultant, I
never saw any user's dotfiles that referenced /usr/sipb, and I've seen
more than my share of user dotfiles. Finally, I've never heard of a
Consultant ever telling a user to use /usr/sipb. So where are all
these people using /usr/sipb, perhaps they're all in the SIPB office.
