While I agree this is true from the Release Engineering standpoint,
it is FALSE from a user standpoint.
I have dealt with many Athena users who see something with the Athena
login screen and assume it is the same as any other machine with that
same screen. These users will not understand or care why /usr/sipb in
the documentation is not on the machine when they need to do what the
documentation says.
