It's here!!!
--------> WELCOME TO NEWTON
On Thursday, October 14, 1993, the MIT Macintosh Developer's group (MacDev)
will be presenting an introduction to Newton development.
--------> BACKGROUND
Apple has sold over 50,000 Newton MessagePads to date. With that many units
out there, and with many other vendors offering similar products, the demand
for innovative software is sure to explode.
--------> THE PRESENTATION
We'll be showing what the Newton development environment is, and what
tools are out there for people interested in creating their own Newton
applications. We'll also tell you how Apple plans to support developers
with their new PIE division, and where you can find more information,
software, and news about Newton.
--------> WHEN & WHERE
Our meeting will begin promptly at 4:30 PM in the E40 Visitor's Center
(Room E40-302, on the third floor of the Muckley Building), and is open
to everyone.
--------> QUESTIONS?
If you have further questions, or would like more information about MacDev,
please send e-mail to me.
Hope to see you there.
