Development group

We are accepting applications for student developers (UROP) to assist us 
in developing and supporting network services for the MIT community.

To be considered in our first round of applicants for summer 93 UROPs 
your application should be sent to dapps-urop-req@mit.edu by Tuesday 13 
Apr 93.

We're looking for students who learn quickly, are self motivated, work 
well as part of a team, and have a desire to improve MIT's computing 
environment.  We look for students with any the following: C or 
Pascal programming experience, DOS or Windows applications development
experience, Macintosh applications development experience, UNIX 
(especially Athena and X windows) applications development experience, 
familiarity with MacOS, DOS, UNIX, or Athena system internals, or 
knowledge of TCP/IP or AppleTalk networks and protocols.  
Responsibilities may include coding, debugging, testing, documentation, 
porting applications and code, distribution of software and code, 
evaluating software, assisting clients, and building tools.
