Friday, 4 Dec 92 1pm - 2pm in E40-302 DCNS-Dev will sponsor an informal
information sharing meeting on Lotus Notes. Jeff Schiller will give a
brief presentation on Notes, and there will be opportunity for
discussion. All are welcome.

Lotus Notes is presently available for Windows. Unix and Mac versions
are promised within the next 12 months. There has been some interest in
the possibility of widespread use of Notes at MIT. Lotus calls Notes an
"open workgroup computing" product. It is one of the first commercial
personal computing products that tries to make full use of the
opportunities of network computing.
