The MIT Technology Licensing Office (TLO) has provided us with a new and
improved standard redistribution copyright notice for our products and
sources. This wording should be used in new and updated source and
documentation.
As always it comes in 2 flavors
1) the standard MIT form
2) the form for use with stuff which contains DES encryption, e.g.
Kerberos
