Privacy concerns have first-generation gps phones
send their location by pressing a button, or
automatically when the hardwired 911 code is entered. Then
someone gets into trouble (drives off a cliff, maybe)
while talking to a non-911 person, and can't be found
until too late.
So a small amendment is added during a late night
session, and location info is required to be sent
with all calls.
