These are the same set of fellas looking out for our best interest who ruled
(via the SC) last year that a police officer could kill somebody in a chase
with impunity, in effect saying they can kill you in order to protect you.
They're the same ones who'll take democracy away in order to protect
democracy (re a plurality of sound-bytes about giving up freedom to get
security).
Get real, these are the first persons to stand up and say they'll give their
life to protect this country and the ideals in the Constitution yet they'll
be the first persons who will ignore it or give it up the moment it becomes
inconvenient.
Just one more case of let's destroy whatever civil stability might be there
in order to protect civil stability. Never mind they're not a member of NATO
or a US protectorate.
Hypocrites for personal gain at ours and others expence.
