Is there anything in this scenario to indicate that this was
"designer abuse" intended to get another remailer shut down, like
Jeff Burchell's Mailmasher and Huge Cajones experienced while under
attack from Gary Burnore and DataBasix in 1997?
It strikes me that sending complaints to your ISP rather than to you
took some research and is not something that would be done by
someone solely intent on resolving a legitimate "abuse" problem. It
sounds like someone WANTED your remailer shut down!
My main concern is a one-at-a-time attack on the entire remailer net
by some anti-remailer zealot. Last time around, we lost Mailmasher,
Huge Cajones, and Lucifer before the dust settled. And DataBasix
pulled it off even without having a REAL attorney, like the Church
of Scientology had.
