Mr. Gomes,
You stated on NANOG that domains with invalid and particularly false
information would be terminated by your corporation (NSI/InterNIC).
This spammer (a1results.com) is spamming listservs to steal by passing
the cost of advertising onto the recipients and trespassing on your
networks. And guess what - their whois info has INTERNIC.NET as the
billing contact and a RFC1918 10.x address called "BOGUS." They are
doing their best to make it look like NSI/InterNIC is responsible for
their domain activities.
Based on this I'd recommend you send your land-sharks after these
criminals and make them rue the day they spammed this listserv and
tried to blame NSI/InterNIC for their thieving activity.
I see they do business in Virginia - when that new Virginia anti-spam
law passes we can get these crooks put where they belong - in jail
with their new girlfriend "Bruno."
Please advise what you will be doing about this one...(A smoking
crater that glows at night would do just fine.)
