Recently there have been several very large messages passed through
the teatwo remailer - like 1.3 or 1.4 Mb. Beside the obvious
traceability of these as compared to other traffic at 28k these
take an unusually long time to get transferred over my modem.
- From the beginning of February I plan to refuse remailer traffic
above 200k.
