Hehehe...

It's gettin really late, and I've clearly overdosed on
sugar again, so, here's my idea that just came to me: ;-)

Are you pissed off at Echelon systems, being used to spy
on and control over ordinary people?

  http://jya.com/eurospy.htm

Are you fed up of the Big Brother watching you?

HOW TO COUNTER AND RENDER THE ECHELON OVERSIGTH SYSTEM USELESS:

Everyone, from this day on:

1) Change your answering phone message to something that has probable
KEY-WORDS used in the Echelon system. Talk about bombings. Mention
spying, chemical weapons, nuclear bombs, cyberwar, anything that you
might think interesting and worth spying on, that you saw in the recent
news.

2) Change your signature files similarly.

3) Stop your phone conversations by mentioning similar
words or sentences, or by sending regards or some suchs.
(Oh, say hello to Bin Laden for me,...)

4) Include some similar keywords in your FAX messages.

If everyone who opposes such systems, every privacy activist, and
every concerned citizen does this, the Echelon system will likely
be overwhelmed and the results it will score, will be increasinly
useless.

I think a public campaign is in order to accomplish this.

Well, it's just an idea... ;-P

(Seriously, I can't think of any other effective way to fight back,
since all the commercially available and used encryption is going
to be practically useless.)
