Version 1.4 of the AES Performance Comparison paper is on the website.
Additions include new 32-bit performance numbers for E2, Twofish, and maybe
some others (from Brian Gladman). Some of these numbers percolate through
all the different 32-bit performance tables. We also added a section for
the Dec Alpha, since we're starting to see some responsible statistics on
that platform. Other minor typos have been corrected.
