I'm glad to hear that XS4ALL's case went right, at least the first time.
Does Dutch law also allow less-directed tapping, e.g. tapping the
web interface to the replay remailer?
In either case, it sounds like we need to make as many tools as possible
use Diffie-Hellman and other forward-secrecy techniques to reduce the
vulnerability to seizure of keys, "Trusted Third Party" key-escrow systems, etc.
