Any lawyers out there know how well tested RICO is, constitutionally?
I bet that between conservatives killing civil liberties to get tough on
crime, and liberals killing civil liberties to kill liberty in general,
they've done a bang up job of legalizing expropriation without trial.
Oh. They already did that in 1913, didn't they? :-).
