For debathena machines, we do have the option of building a local firefox
package with the offending commit reverted. I'm still trying to make
sense of the mozilla bug reports linked from
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1003707 (which we believe to
be the current bug), but it looks like the "offending commit" for this bug
fixed a fairly common crash, so it's not clear that just reverting the one
commit is a good plan for us.
