Ryan and Kip brought it to our attention today that many cluster Pharos printers have been spewing a lot of blank pages. It seems that the Firefox 29 update that went out last night, has a busted print function on its built in PDF viewer.

I'm wondering if it's this:
  https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1003707
but I don't have a solid confirmation of that.

I'd like to put out a gmotd suggesting use of the standalone PDF viewer for cluster printing (this is causing a fair bit of havoc) and will get something up on 3down too (but will run both of them past Garry as far as wording goes).
