Clarification: Some might interpret my statement "Jeff and Ron gave
Mike a lot of noise..." to imply that they were not justified in
complaining. I think they were quite justified in complaining loudly so
we don't forget that there was a snag in what we put out, and that, half
a day later Ron's machine is still down and we're no closer to having it
fixed.
Earlier I suggested a change to the way we put out releases so that
there is coverage, but subsequently I've been reminded that the one
person who knows the most about SGI's and has the best chance of fixing
it is home sick in bed.
We need more than a SINGLE expert on a platform for that platform to be viable!
