It looks like 18 and 65 were re-reinstalled this morning.  39 appears to
be down at the moment.  I think it said somehign about wanting an
apt-get dist-upgrade.  They definately looked like they were doing
something for tens of minutes before they failed, but I wasn't really
paying a lot of attention to them.  Perhaps there was some weird timing
with some Ubuntu package upgrade getting published during the install
process?
