Renaming 8.0 SGIs

(I'm not sure what the correct list to send this information to so
that cluster folks see it is, so I'm using hotline and hoping it gets
there.)

For anyone who hasn't found out through other channels, as of 8.0, the
way to change the hostname or IP address of an SGI is to edit
/etc/athena/rc.conf and reboot.

This information is in the system release notes, whenever they come
out.

(In 7.7, there is a program to run called /etc/athena/reconfigure.)
