For my debathena-workstation machines, once I upgrade them to Lucid, will I need to re-run the "debathena-workstation" metapackage to update those or will an update get pushed to them?

If you're not sure which metapackage your workstation is running, you can use the "machtype -L" command to view this information. If you are not currently at your workstation, you can query it using athinfo: "athinfo <hostname> version"

If that is not possible, you may try to downgrade to debathena-workstation following the instructions at http://kb.mit.edu/confluence/x/HoZ2
