In the MIME section of the release notes, I pointed people
to the O'Reilley book "MH & xmh: E-mail for Users &
Programmers" and even included a link to the relevant
O'Reilley page. I just checked that link and the page now
says: "This product has been discontinued." Does anyone
know of a suitable replacement for that reference. I would
like to be able to point users to SOME resource (it does not
even have to have a Web link associated with it). Any ideas?

Actually, the book is now freely available online, in its original form
from http://www.ora.com/freebooks/mh/ as well as in updated forms from
other places... Here's a small blurb from that page:

The book MH & xmh: Email for Users & Programmers, ISBN 1-56592-093-7,
written by Jerry Peek, was published by and is copyright © 1991,
1992, 1995 by O'Reilly & Associates, Inc. In June, 1996, ORA made the
book freely available under the terms of the GNU General Public
License.
