0) Review and update action items from last meeting:
- jweiss will talk to zacheiss about changing Hesiod pobox
information from "POP exchange.mit.edu joeuser" to "POP
imap.exchange.mit.edu joeuser", and about making user.mail.mit.edu
redirect to imap.exchange.mit.edu for Exchange users
- amb will update Top 10 wiki page
- geofft/broder releases debathena-cluster dependency on debathena-
thirdparty
- jdreed installs Debathena on quickstation-2 or quickstation-3
(W20-3xx)
1) Discuss transition issues:
- How best to provide a regular status report and what information to
include
- Debathena bimonthly communication to debathena-announce
- Who will own wiki and other project management issues
- Who will convene and run meetings, and take minutes

2) Discuss how/when we want to use Trac vs Jira
- discuss new Trac milestones
3) Come up with rough timeline for summer plans, taking who is and is
not around this summer in terms of development resources
