Okay, good to hear this was investigated (Zephyr made it sound like it 
wasn’t).

That’s unfortunate.  Does exchange.mit.edu not support MAPI?  Does that 
mean you can’t access it with MS Outlook, either?  Are we likely to be 
able to get that changed?
