The current scheme for updating a 7.7 machine manually to 8.0 does
not work. Greg and I are both out sick today, and it's complicated
enough that we don't want to try to fix it remotely. I plan to get
it fixed over the weekend, so it will work correcly on Monday. Sorry
for the inconvenience.
