Yes, I was also about to suggest that we at least give them a
heads-up about it.  I have a vague memory of their being concerned
about the potential load impact when this idea came up some time
ago.

I think there are a couple to consider.  I will take a closer
look when I get a chance.

We should probably also update Firefox (now at 2.0.0.16), which will
include the certificate-handling behavior change we have talked
about at recent meetings.

We might also consider updating the JDK.
