Red Hat has >just< released an RHEL4 patch release, and it includes a
bunch of new hardware support in the kernel. I'd like to take at least
the kernel stuff and preferably the accompanying miscellaneous updates
under the assumption that this will be the one and only 9.4 patch release
for a while. (If not forever!)

Note that the relevant packages haven't actually made it through to the
AFS mirror yet but will probably be there by sometime Friday. (I'll be
doing the BIND import as well.)
