Okay, now that I'm back on the clock, I did some research: the stub zone
is there to ensure that we can resolve mit.edu names if we're cut off
from the root name servers.

I don't think that's a very important property any more, but we do
retain that benefit if we use bitsy/etc. as our name servers instead of
a local caching named.
