Thanks Garry. Jon Reed just suggested that we could add a .environment  
file with appropriate comments for folks who want to turn off the new  
default into prototype_user. Should I work with him to test this and  
then submit it to release-team? Does anyone not on release-team want  
to stay in the loop?
