Athena and Daylight Savings Time

The US Energy Policy Act of 2005 changed the dates at which Daylight
Savings Time takes effect. Here's how these changes affect Athena
machines:
* Athena machines keep track of time in a linear fashion (seconds
since midnight January 1, 1970 GMT), so there is no issue of them
losing track of what time it is--only with displaying the time
properly during certain times of the year.
* Linux-Athena machines running 9.4.19 or later will display the
time properly.
* Solaris-Athena machines running 9.4.27 or later will display the
time properly.
