New options for add

If noone objects, I would like to add two new features to add for 8.0.
I have called them -m and -r.
add -r locker
removes locker from your path if it's there.
add -m locker
behaves normally if locker wasn't in your path already. If locker was
anywhere in your path though, it moves it to the end. Similarly,
add -m -f locker
will move locker to the front of your path.
The move functionality has been requested a few times, and I hadn't
done it before because I couldn't think of a reasonable
implementation. I thought of one a couple of days ago.
