I've just filed bug #203818, "System clock runs slowly or backwards on P4
systems under RHEL4u4" with Red Hat. Feel free to add commentary if I've
left anything out. I've now seen it on both the 4u4 kernel and the new
errata kernel (the latter running without openafs loaded); no love there.

I've left space-invaders (in the W92 test cluster) in the broken state,
should anyone wish to play with it. I'm about to update galaga to
9.4.30.

BTW, Red Had is now releasing an unsupported kernel-debuginfo package,
which we may or may not still care about in the greater scheme of things.
