I've changed the ownership of the release-announce mailing list in
mailman from release-team to Greg, Garry, Bill, and myself. This will
allow us to use certs rather than the password to maintina the list,
and will prevent release-team from getting spammed when we do a
deactivation or something. If you think oyu should also be on the
list of release-announce owners, please let me know.
