Further delays to Athena 9.4 release

Our ongoing AFS issues with RHEL 4 are still ongoing, so we will not
be making a 9.4 release during the week of August 8 as previously
planned.
Our current target window is the week of August 29. If our AFS issues
with RHEL 4 are not resolved before August 16, our contingency plan is
to release an Athena 9.4 based on RHEL 3. We will begin testing this
contingency release very shortly.
Once again, this is not a final release announcement, just a heads-up.
