Note on scheduling of Athena 9.4 release

In past years, we have made our public Athena releases in mid-July.
This year, due to ongoing issues with OpenAFS under Linux, we are
currently looking at putting the 9.4 release out to field around
August 9.
This note is just to let people know about the delay; there will be a
real announcement roughly one-week before the finalized release date.
