Minor emacs changes to Athena packs tonight

I'm planning to vos release changes to two .el files in the Athena
cell later tonight. One is for the banner in emacs 18 to announce the
availability of emacs19; the other is a bug fix to emacs19. These
changes already exist in the dev cell.
Any problems with this happening, let me know. It will probably be
sometime after midnight.
