Sounds ok to me, but I'm not wearing my accounts hat at the moment.
From the OLC side of things, it would be nice if users who happen to
type ksrvutil by accident don't get dropped on the floor. Folks with
existing srvtabs won't get the accounts mail, and lots of folks don't
read the PWOG (especially if it's an operation they already know how
to do). A simple shell script named ksrvutil that displayed a
message telling them to use k5srvutil would be great. A more
sophisticated wrapper that actually does the operation for them (like
"help" or "sis" does) would be fine too, but not necessary.
