Following up on an issue from the last meeting...

The Mozilla 1.6 beta did not get released until Dec. 9.  Based on
their usual release timing, that means the final release of 1.6
will probably occur around the second week of January.  If that is
the case, should we plan to add it to our IAP release as soon as
possible following that?  If it is too late, maybe we need to
consider an alternative way to deal with the SMTP authentication
issue.  (Recall that 1.6 introduces the external handler feature;
we could presumably configure it to use evolution for mailto:
links.  I believe the only feasible way to do authentication using
Mozilla mail is to set various preferences such that it uses
username/password authentication and SSL).
