I rebuilt the mkinitrd RPMs using the packages from RedHat 7.3 by taking
the SRPM Greg built for 9.1.19 and replacing the patch he put into it with
the one that results from Source-Reviewers[9991]. The resulting SRPM and RPM
are at:
/afs/dev.mit.edu/user/amb/rhlinux/athena-9.1.special/SRPMS/mkinitrd-3.3.10-2.athena.src.rpm
/afs/dev.mit.edu/user/amb/rhlinux/athena-9.1.special/RPMS/mkinitrd-3.3.10-2.athena.i386.rpm
It is not necessary to add the lvm package to the 9.1 release anymore with
these RPMs; simply changing the mkinitrd package in the list is sufficient.
We successfully reinstalled gorf at "9.1.28" in this way, and it then
successfully took an update to 9.2.15.
